Description of our Skiathos villa to rent for
luxury holidays in Skiathos Greece

Our comfortable Greek villa was built in 2002, in the traditional style of the
high standard Skiathos villas, using local stone and local chestnut or pine wood.

This house is not just one among thousands Greek holiday villas to rent,
it is really our second home and we are sure

It is located on the top of a hill above the bay of Aghia Paraskevi
and sleeps up to 8 persons.

It is built on two levels. The main entrance leads to a spacious room where you will find the living
room with the fireplace, the dining room and the open kitchen. In this beautiful room, you certainly will admire the impressive wooden frame-work of the roof, that, like in many Skiathos villas, is apparent.

The kitchen, with cupboards made of cherry tree, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave
oven, an electric cook with oven and a fridge with a big freezer.

A large balcony door leads to the 40m2 terrace, NOW(!) covered by pergola made of wood and old tiles, with stunning views on the bay of Aghia Paraskevi, one of the most beautiful bays in the Greek islands, and
the garden and the hills planted with olive trees and pines trees.
A staircase leads to the lower level, where the three bedrooms are found:
The master bedroom has a double bed and, if needed, a baby bed. Nicely furnished, it has a very cosy feeling and has its own bathroom with wc and shower
The second bedroom has three single beds (possibility of a fourth one)
The third bedroom has a double bed.
Each room leads to a shady terrace with stunning views and an access to the garden.
There is a fourth sleeping area with a double bed on a mezzanine floor above the living room , with
its own bathroom.
The villa has three bathrooms with wc and shower:

One in-suite with the master bedroom
One with a washing machine for the 2nd and the 3rd bedrooms
One for the mezzanine

In order to offer to our guests the best comfort and luxury
in our Skiathos villa, we can propose
an extra or even daily cleaning service
(not included in the price)

For reasons of hygiene and to avoid allergies, we insist on the fact that
pets are not allowed and it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the villa
Young kids need to be supervised
