General description of SKiathos villa

Villa Cassiopee is an outstanding Greek villa, in the island of Skiathos, built in a traditional style, using local stone and chestnut or pine wood. It offers comfort, luxury and privacy to the most demanding guests, who prefer a greek villa holiday.

Villa Cassiope

is located on the top of a hill above the bay of Aghia Paraskevi, on a 6000m2 plot planted with different trees and grass and with extraordinary views.

With a surface of 270m2, this skiathos villa holidays can host up to 13 persons with its five bedrooms plus a sleeping area in a comfortable mezzanine (with airco, window and private bathroom) above the living room Nro. 1. Each bedroom leads to a shady terrace with outdoor furniture, stunning views and a direct access to the garden.

It has two indoor living rooms, furnished with taste and elegance, with fireplace and big terraces with stunning views, two fully equipped kitchens and five bathrooms (three en-suite with three bedrooms). In the 40m2 outdoor living-room/dining-room covered with a pergola made of wood and old tiles, with luxurious furniture, our guests will relax or have diner "al fresco", enjoying the stunning views on the bay of Aghia Paraskevi and the peaceful location.

Detailed description

Our skiathos villa is built on three levels, all with direct access to the garden (just a few steps...).

The first entrance leads to the modern style part of the villa.

A spacious 60 m2 living room with wooden floor, design fireplace, huge French doors and open kitchen.

The kitchen, in a contemporaneous style, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an electric cook with oven and a fridge with a big freezer.
The French door leads to a large wooden-deck terrace with stunning views and to a private garden.

On the same floor, a hall leads to a spacious 30m2 bedroom with a double bed, with its luxurious en-suite bathroom (teak furniture, marble sinks, Italian shower, Porcelanosa tiles, WC, etc.)

There is a second very spacious bedroom (25m2) with two single beds (that can easily become a 1,80m double bed) with a luxurious en-suite bathroom (also with teak furniture, marble sink, WC and shower)

Both bedrooms have 1,80m French doors leading to the wooden-deck terrace.

For your comfort, there is also a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The second entrance of the villa (totally independant) leads to the traditional style part of the villa. On this floor you will find a spacious 55m2 living with fireplace, high wooden ceiling, very nice traditional furniture, an open kitchen and a shower room with wc for the mezzanine. The open kitchen is made of massive cherry tree and is fully equipped (oven, electric kitchen, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)

In this living room, a large French door leads you to a 40m2 terrace covered with a beautiful pergola made of chestnut tree and old tiles, where you will find an outdoor living room and dining room, with luxurious furniture and with stunning views to the sea, the garden and the hills all around. In the living room a straiway leads to the mezzanine. This comfortable and cosy mezzanine has a double bed, window and airco.

A staircase leads downstairs where you will find:

• bedroom 1: (the "white and blue" bedroom): double bed, very nice white furniture, white and blue "toile de Jouy" curtains, possiblity of a baby bed, if needed whitn an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC
• bedroom 2: (the "sea bedroom"): three single beds, pine tree furniture
• bedroom 3: (the "white and beige bedroom"): double bed, very nice teak furniture
• A bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3, with shower, WC and washing machine

All these bedrooms have French doors leading to a shady terrace with beautiful views to the sea and the hills

1. Possibility of sharing your holiday time with your best friends or family in the same villa, while having your moments of privacy whenever you wish: we have divided our villa in two parts that can be completely independant.
2. comfort: it is our priority: all our bedrooms (except the mezzanine, ideal for teenagers) are REAL bedrooms. No sofabeds in the living rooms in Villa Cassiopee. We have given a special attention to the bed quality and to the number of bathrooms
3. esthaetic: all the materials and furniture have been chosen with care
